โ Preparation of Matcha Shiruko (Material A)
Dissolve the matcha in hot water to avoid lumps.
โกMake Shiratama Dango (Material B)
Shiratamako. Add water little by little and knead until the consistency of an earlobe.
Roll into bite-sized balls and make a well in the center.
Place in boiling water, boil for 1 minute until they float, then drain in cold water.
โขPut arrowroot powder and water in a pot, stir with a wooden spatula until completely dissolved, then heat over medium heat.
โฃ Mix well and once it thickens, turn off the heat, add matcha and mix.
โคPour the shiratama into a bowl, pour in โฃ, add the boiled red beans and it's doneโจ
