Today, I would like to make Oshiruko using Japanese tea!

Ingredients (for 2 people)

A
Matcha (wisteria white)...2 teaspoons
Hot water...2 tablespoons
B
Water...50ml
Arrowroot powder...25g


Shiratamako...50g
Water...600ml
Boiled red beans...8 tablespoons

Dissolve the matcha in hot water to avoid lumps.

Shiratamako. Add water little by little and knead until the consistency of an earlobe.
Roll into bite-sized balls and make a well in the center.
Place in boiling water, boil for 1 minute until they float, then drain in cold water.

โ‘ขPut arrowroot powder and water in a pot, stir with a wooden spatula until completely dissolved, then heat over medium heat.
