Oshiruko is the best on cold days🎵

I'm Keko, who loves eating and cooking delicious food.
It's been getting really cold lately, and I can't get out of my bed.

Don't you start missing oshiruko on cold days?

Today, I would like to make Oshiruko using Japanese tea!

Ingredients (for 2 people)

A
Matcha (wisteria white)...2 teaspoons
Hot water...2 tablespoons
B
Water...50ml
Arrowroot powder...25g


Shiratamako...50g
Water...600ml
Boiled red beans...8 tablespoons

① Preparation of Matcha Shiruko (Material A)


Dissolve the matcha in hot water to avoid lumps.

②Make Shiratama Dango (Material B)


Shiratamako. Add water little by little and knead until the consistency of an earlobe.
Roll into bite-sized balls and make a well in the center.
Place in boiling water, boil for 1 minute until they float, then drain in cold water.

③Put arrowroot powder and water in a pot, stir with a wooden spatula until completely dissolved, then heat over medium heat.

 

④ Mix well and once it thickens, turn off the heat, add matcha and mix.
