Ginza store limited “Bessei Maruto Parfait [Autumn View]”
“Separately made” Maruto Parfait is made using special tea.
This refers to a parfait that is one level higher than our "Maruto Parfait."
the ``Bessei Maruto Parfait'' is packed with the fruits of autumn,
``Autumn'' is written as ``hope'' and is called ``Autumn'' parfait.
We use Kyoho grapes as seasonal fruits, and the fruit has a rich fleshy taste.
It goes well with the rich sweetness of chestnuts.
The one used at the bottom is ``Narimitsu no Mukashi,'' which is brewed with koicha, which is one of the strong ways to drink matcha.
