Focusing on Gyokuro made in Kyotanabe City, Kyoto Prefecture, each leaf is hand-picked.
A special parfait that uses different Gyokuro to match each ingredient and layer.
The highlight of the tea is its ``umami'' (umami).
Theanine, a flavor component, is carried from the roots to the leaves through the branches.
