When ordering Nama-cha Zeri, please check the following:
(1) Please be sure to specify a delivery date and time.
(2) If you are repeatedly absent, the product will be disposed of.
(3) Upon arrival, please store immediately in the refrigerator.
(4) Due to the nature of the product, orders cannot be accepted for the following areas:
Okushiri-gun, Rishiri-gun, Rebun-gun in Hokkaido / Some remote islands in Nagasaki, Kagoshima, and Okinawa prefectures / Izu Islands, Ogasawara Islands, etc.
(5) It may not be possible to change your order details.
(6) We include one spoon specifically for Nama-cha Zeri for each item ordered.
(7) The assortment image is for illustrative purposes only. Nama-cha Zeri [Matcha] and Nama-cha Zeri [Hojicha] are coated with a clear jelly to minimize mixing of the jelly, shiratamako (mochi balls), and anko (sweet bean paste).
