味わいの特徴
ひと口目に感じるのは、すっと立ち上がる清涼感のある香り。 比較的はっきりとした苦味と渋味が味わいに芯を与え、 口の中を引き締めたあと、爽やかに引いていきます。 ここでいう苦味や渋味は、抹茶らしいキレと、飲み終えたあとの心地よさを生むための要素です。 旨味は控えめながらも芯があり、全体として軽やかで、澄んだ後口。 このバランスが、薄茶としての「飲みやすさ」と「抹茶らしさ」を同時に成立させています。
