Materials ・Sake lees...30g ・Cane sugar...3 tablespoons ・Water...2 tablespoons ・Soy milk...400ml ・Matcha...1 tablespoon |
How to make
① Heat 30g of sake lees in the microwave (500w) for 30 seconds without wrapping, then add water and mix.
②Put 1 in a small pot, add cane sugar and matcha, and mix well.
Add soy milk and heat over low heat for 2 minutes, being careful not to boil.
③ Pour into a mug and complete
Matcha and soy milk go well together 😋 Feel free to add more sake lees to your liking ✨
