This assortment includes lightly sweet red bean paste, chewy shiratama rice flour dumplings, and bouncy "Namacha Jelly [Matcha]."

Because this cake uses a lot of white chocolate, the weight of the cake will cause the center to sink during baking, resulting in dents and cracks. Also, a layer of chocolate will form at the bottom of the cake, but this is a characteristic of the product and does not mean the cake is undercooked.
