"Raw Tea Jelly [Hojicha]" with a fragrant aroma, as if you were drinking hojicha brewed in a teapot.
This assortment of "Sencha Tokichi" is carefully aged until autumn, bringing out the crisp bitterness, rich flavor, and depth characteristic of sencha tea.
