味わいの特徴
立ち上がる香りはやわらかく、強く主張することなく、静かに広がります。 口に含むと、苦味や渋味は控えめで、全体に溶け込むように感じられ、 味わいに角をつくらず、なめらかにまとまっています。 旨味はゆっくりと現れ、抹茶全体を包み込むように広がり、飲み進めるほどに安定感のある印象を残します。 後口は穏やかで、余韻が静かに続く、落ち着いた一服です。
