立ち上がる香りは控えめで、 強く主張することなく、すっと空気に溶け込みます。 口に含むと、苦味や渋味は前に出過ぎることなく、味わいの奥で静かに支えとなり、 全体に澄んだ印象を与えます。 旨味は輪郭を主張せず、あくまで背景として存在し、飲み進めるほどに透明感が際立ちます。 後口は非常に軽く、余韻がすっと消えていくような、静かな終わり方が印象的な一服です。
